Paint Rock is a rock and roll band that embodies an old and wild spirit. Their sound is one of loud guitars, driving rhythms, and emotional vocals. The White Oak Splits, have a sound so diverse as to refuse being pigeon-holed, White Oak Splits may best be described as a cross-section of rock'n'roll and Americana. Hailing from WNC, their individual backgrounds range from blues and string bands to psychedelia and Southern rock. This gives them a live show that feels like a mixtape of songs that are at once original and hauntingly familiar. The Splits exist in a soundscape that is expansive and enveloping, driven by primal beats and churning riffs, engaging their listeners and pulling them into a world of their own creation. Join them as they guide you on a journey into the depths of your mind, through pastoral fields and barren deserts, and into the icy depths of interdimensional space.
